SPD Budget Proposals

Every year the State Public Defender agency submits a budget proposal to the legislature. Below find the proposals submitted beginning in 2025. You can also find it on the internal agency Connections site.

Remember that non-attorney staff wages are not set through the state biennial budget, but rather through the state compensation plan (created alongside but separately from the budget).
